  • Be Hydrated

In the flaming sunlight of Makkah, it is inevitable for the pilgrims to stay hydrated all the time. So, it is highly recommended to carry a water bottle in your handbags everywhere during Hajj. Make sure to drink plenty of water during the day amidst intense hot and huge throngs.

  • Use Moisturizer or Sunblock

It’s fine if you are not a regular sunblock or moisturizer user in daily routine. However, during Hajj it is strongly suggested to apply sunblock before going out in the sunlight. It is the easiest way to protect your skin from sunburn.

  • Use Glucose Packets or sweet candies
